- Please ensure that the product is packed safely while returning it.

- If a credit/debit card is used as the payment method, we will return the funds to that card (after performing a quality check) that was used to make the initial purchase. The money that needs to be repaid will be transferred back to the original account if you used a payment gateway for your transaction.
- The return/exchange policy is valid for any item purchased from the MomDadsCare website within the time frame provided. If you wish to process the return or exchange of an item, please get in touch with us to coordinate and resolve your query.
- After receiving the request from the support team, our verification team will look into the details you have provided. Our Customer Care team will reach out to you within 2-3 business days for necessary communication about your request.
- When we receive your purchased item, a quality check will be performed to determine if we can accept your return or not. Once this is confirmed, we will give you a Return-Acknowledgement that you can use as documentation if there is a problem with the shipping service.
